How much does a Growth Advocate® partnership cost?

Growth Advocate® engagements are structured as monthly partnerships — not projects, not agency packages that reset every quarter. You choose a pace that fits your business, and you stay in control of the speed and intensity.

What level do I need?

Foundations - $2,500/mo

For businesses ready to build from the ground up.

If it is time to upgrade your brand, set you team vision, modernize your systems, and launch a new website or press release campaign you need the full attention of our team. Everything you need is included in one monthly price.

The first season of a GrowthAdvocate partnership is intensive. Your brand is audited, your story is clarified, your website is rebuilt, and your CRM and core systems are set up — all sequenced in the right order so everything that follows has something solid to stand on.

Brand guide and creative work within the Foundations season is developed in partnership with the Growth Advocate® Brand Studio — A Pasley Commercial Interiors company.

Accelerator - $1,000/month

For businesses that need to sprint. From any level, add an Accelerator season when a major initiative requires intensive workshops and high-output execution. This is how we handle:

  • Full website builds and relaunches
  • Major platform deployments (CRM, email, tech stack)
  • Large campaign launches lik Press Releases
  • Intensive brand rollouts for new markets or locations

Why This Pricing Model Beats Everything

Save $

A Maintenance Example
Each time you switch agencies or freelancers, you can spend 3,000–10,000 on fresh discovery, onboarding, and cleanup before new work even begins. A long-term partnership avoids that reset; the same advisor stays with you, so your investment goes into actual progress instead of repeatedly funding “getting up to speed.”

Save $$

A Growth Example
Paying a brand consultant, a web firm, a CRM specialist, and a copywriter often adds up to 4,000–8,000/month in overlapping retainers and project fees. With one partner managing brand, website, CRM, and messaging together, you replace those stacked costs with a single engagement and stop paying extra hours just to keep different vendors aligned.

Save $$$

A Foundations Example
A full rebrand, website, and system overhaul can easily land between 15k and 25k when sold as a single project, often due in a short window. With a Foundations season at about 2,500/month, you get similar depth of work while spreading the cost over time, keeping cash flow predictable instead of taking a single large hit.

Get Started

Every engagement begins with a brief conversation — no pressure, no pitch deck. You will get an honest assessment of where you are, a clear picture of what the work looks like, and a custom proposal you can review before you ever say yes.

FAQs

What will a Branding & Business Growth Advisor actually do for my business?
A Branding & Business Growth Advisor helps you connect the dots between who you are, who you serve, and how your business grows—then turns that into clear decisions and actions. For hospitality and professional services firms, that means clarifying your positioning, shaping the guest or client journey, and building an executable growth plan that your team and partners can follow day‑to‑day.
What are you, exactly?
This is not a traditional consultant, agency, or freelancer setup. This is a Fractional Brand Officer role on a monthly subscription, providing ongoing strategic brand leadership instead of one‑off projects.
How is this different from hiring a marketing agency or web firm?
Agencies and web firms usually sell campaigns, projects, or channel‑specific retainers. Here, the focus is your whole brand—positioning, message, client experience, and the systems that support growth—with strategy and execution coordinated through one relationship.
What do you actually do each month?
Each month is driven by a written action plan we agree on together. From that plan, the work can include brand audits, messaging and copywriting, website updates, client experience design, email campaigns, sales materials, and leadership support—whatever is most important right now.
What do you not do?
This is not a daily marketing assistant or full creative agency. It does not include daily social posting, full‑scale ad campaigns, random one‑off tasks, or hour‑by‑hour availability. All work stays inside the priorities defined in the monthly action plan.
What is not included at any level?
Most third-party platform fees — CRM, email, surveys, ad spend — are billed directly by those platforms to you, so you own your accounts. Website hosting is the exception; GrowthAdvocate manages and absorbs that cost through Webflow, our preferred platform. Some specialty tools may be resold through GrowthAdvocate at a managed rate — this will always be disclosed in your proposal.
What’s included in the different pricing levels?
All three levels include strategic brand leadership and an action plan. There are three monthly levels of service: Foundations, Growth, and Maintenance. Foundation is for putting in place every major component of your brand and growth plan. Growth is to continue to build on your foundations until the team is really humming. Maintenance is only available to those who have completed the Foundation and Growth contracts with success.
Can I change levels or stop if I need to?
Yes. You stay in control. You can move up or down alevel, or pause the engagement, as your capacity and priorities change.
How do deliverables work?
Every period you receive a written action plan that spells out what will be delivered and why. As work is completed, the plan is updated, so you see clear progress—no guessing and no vague “hours,” just specific deliverables tied to your goals.
Do you charge extra for design, copy, or workshops?
No hidden add‑ons. Within your level, design collateral, copywriting, workshops, and strategy calls are chosen from the shared menu and included in your monthly subscription, as long as they fit inside the agreed action plan and capacity for that level.
Do you only work in Colorado?
We work with clients both in person and remotely, including hospitality and professional service businesses outside Colorado. Strategy sessions, workshops, and follow‑up can be delivered via video, with clear documentation and tools your on‑site team and local partners can implement. Even commercial interior design can be implemented in states outside of Colorado.
How does this work with my existing web developers or marketing team?
You don’t need to replace them. The Fractional Brand Officer sits above and alongside your current vendors and staff—clarifying the brand, setting priorities, and providing strategy, messaging, and assets your existing team (including your current marketing team) can then execute.
What kind of businesses is this for?
It’s built for owner‑led, service‑based businesses—especially hospitality and professional services—where reputation, referrals, and client experience drive growth. If you rely on trust and long‑term relationships and want brand leadership without a full‑time executive hire, it’s a strong fit.
How do we get started?
We begin with a short discovery season to understand where your brand is now and what you’re trying to achieve, then create a custom proposal (with options) so you can build your own plan. You choose a level, sign a simple monthly agreement, and we create your first action plan together within about a week.
